How do I find my product?
There are two ways to find the item you are looking for. 1) Browse through the stores categories. 2) Use the search tool to find the item through keywords.
How do I add to the shopping cart?
You can add to the shopping cart basket directly from the products thumbnail page. Next to the main image of every product there is a "add to cart", button which you can click on to add this item to the basket.
How do I know my item has been added to the shopping cart?
Once you have clicked on the "add to cart" button to place the item in your shopping cart basket, your page will refresh and the item will be added to your cart. You can then locate the shopping cart basket in the top menu navigation bar. Your items will be listed in the basket, you can also edit them further from here.
How do I get to the checkout?
First locate the shopping cart "Basket" in the top menu navigation bar. When the link to "Go to Checkout" is clicked on, it will take you directly to the secure checkout for completion of the purchase.
How do I edit my items?
First locate the shopping cart basket in either side columns of the online store or the link to "Edit Cart" in the top menu navigation bar.
Order Status
How do I know my order has been received?
Once an order is received to the site owners administration, you will receive an order confirmation email to the address you entered during the sites secure checkout. Please note: A valid email address is required for order confirmation email and tracking number to be received. Yahoo, AOL and Hotmail spam filters may block our confirmation emails if set too high.
My order never arrived
Please contact us via the "contact us" page if your order has not been received within the time originally stated in the checkout or what you deem to be reasonable.
An item is missing from my shipment.
Please contact us via the "contact us" page if your order is incomplete or incorrect.
When will my backorder arrive?
Your item will be received within the time frame recommended on the product page of the item when it was purchased. If the item is later than expected, please contact us via the "contact us" page.
Australian Delivery Times
Standard Orders - If all items are in stock, dispatch will be 2-3 days. Due to some of our ranges coming in from suppliers, our delivery is normally approximately 2-3 weeks.
Due to the volume of orders we receive, an item may go out of stock before we are able to make updates to our web site. You will be notified immediately if this happens so you can make changes to your order before it is processed.
For delivery of urgent orders please let us know as we may be able to help.
International Delivery Times

Do you ship to my country?
To find out if we ship to your country, first fill your shopping basket and locate the shopping cart basket on the side column of this site. Within this shopping basket there is a link called "calculate shipping". Once you click on this link there is a drop down list of countries to choose from, if your country is listed then our online store will ship to you.
Australia - Within Australia, Pink Parrot Marketing uses Express E-Parcel for our shipping - it is a cost effective, convenient and prompt method of delivery within Australia. All parcels require a signature as proof of delivery and can be tracked through http://auspost.com.au/track/ tracking system.
- Express E-Parcel $7.50- $9.95 (approx 1-3 days delivery)
- Airmail POST International $9.95 Up
Pink Parrot Marketing will not accept responsibility for losses in the Australia Post system, if your shipment is not received within 7 days of our Shipment Advice email, please let us know immediately and we will attempt to assist you in locating the shipment. Shipments are not insured unless you specifically request - insurance costs are charged at cost to you.
International Delivery - Airmail Post: Orders placed for delivery outside Australia will be charged at the schedule rate detailed on the order page for postage and handling depending on destination. Deliveries to overseas destinations can only be made to billing addresses. There is no guarantee of delivery and we DO NOT accept any responsibility for any loses.
International Customs and Duties: All foreign customs, import duties and any taxes or imposts are the responsibility of the purchaser. Pink Parrot Marketing will not pre-pay these charges. What is your exchange, refund policy?
We will happily exchange your garments providing that
- Notification of exchanges must be made and returned within 7 days, no claims are a acknowledged after this time
- Labels are still attached to item and it is returned in original undamaged packaging
- Garments have not been worn, soiled or damaged in any way
- The item has not been changed or altered at all
- Item is returned with original receipt details
We do not refund if you simply change your mind
We are not a Costume Hire Shop, therefore there are no refunds on costume purchases
If your size change is not available you may choose another item displayed on our website
Specials can not be exchanged
Lotions and Adult Toys can not be exchanged
